HOUSTON, Texas — November 3, 2026 — Patriot Bolt LLC, a Houston-based manufacturer of custom and specialty fasteners, today announced that it has acquired Ramirez Precision Machine, Inc., known throughout the industry as RPM. Founded in 1989 and owned and operated by industry veteran Willie Joe Ramirez, his wife Hope Ramirez, and their family, RPM has earned a reputation over more than three decades for high-quality precision machined fasteners and dependable service to customers across the region.

When Willie Joe and Hope Ramirez opened the doors of RPM in 1989, they built the business on a simple foundation: make it right, deliver it on time, and stand behind every part. For 37 years, that philosophy has guided the company through changing markets, new technologies, and generations of customers who came to rely on RPM for parts they could trust.
Willie Joe’s hands-on leadership and technical expertise, together with Hope’s dedication to the business and its people, and their shared commitment to customers and employees, made RPM more than a machine shop. Continuity for Customers
To ensure a seamless transition, Willie Joe and Hope’s daughter, Miranda Blum, and son, David Ramirez, will join Patriot Bolt in key leadership roles. Miranda will serve as Account Manager, and David will serve as Precision Machinist. Together, they will help guide the integration of the two organizations and ensure that RPM customers experience no interruption in the service levels, quality standards, and personal attention they have come to expect.
Customers will continue to work with the familiar faces they know, supported by the expanded capabilities and resources of Patriot Bolt.
