What to record
PCC-1-2026 Sec. 13(d) lists what a joint assembly record may include: joint ID, size and class, flange, fastener and gasket details, lubricant, dates, assemblers and inspector, bolting used, tightening method and target, relaxation passes, problems found and tool calibration data. App R lets the owner choose the level of detail by risk, from a full record for high-risk joints to a short tear-off tag for others.
