Integral = TEMA Type I (solid). Threaded = TEMA Type II (nut type). Collar studs hold the shell-side gasket when the channel or bonnet is removed. TEMA calls for every fourth stud (4 minimum) and counterbored tubesheet holes. Length is measured overall.

Tommy holes

Blank fields follow the Enerpac (Hydratight) AquaJack tensioner nut drilling table for heavy hex nuts 5/8 in. through 4 in.: hole size, depth and center distance from the bearing face. Sizes outside that table, and Specialty nuts, get a proportional size centered in the thickness. The bearing face is the face opposite the marking.
